The Big Band Festival at Imatra (http://www.ibbf.fi/info.html) gathers together music lovers from all over the world.

The Imatra Big Band Festival (IBBF) is a week-long jazz festival that concentrates on music played by large orchestras and bands. The festival's main concerts are held at the BB-Klubi, which is a large marquee holding about 2,500 people right next to the Imatran Valtionhotelli at Inkeri Square in Imatrankoski. You can easily combine your Parikkala holiday with a visit to the Imatra Big Band Festival.
